Name: Epsilon, Better known as The Teacher or just Sensei. She has gone by the names of: Jade Messer, Lisa McManus, Claire Mueller, and Evelyn Markus
Age:Eight Hundred Fifty-Six
Birthday: By Earth calendar March fourth
Species: Gallifreyan
Home Planet: Gallifrey
Home Era: Rassilon Era

Occupation: Traveler
(if Time Lord) Regeneration No?: Six

Family: She has a brother, two sisters, and many aunts, cousins and uncles. Cousin: Sigma (The Infusion)
Children: Nope.
Marital Status: She was married under the name Jade Messer-O’Neil but he was killed on Valentine’s Day on shopping platform Macy’s 9 in a Darlek attack.

History: (3 paragraphs) The Teacher started life exactly how any young creature would start life, with her family on Gallifrey. Back then, her name was Epsilon, when she was a quiet, almost shy creature. They couldn’t decide if it was because of her abusive ‘brother’, the fact her ‘mother’ just stood there and did nothing to stop it, or that her ‘father’ was traveling though time and space.

At the tender age of eight is where her story truly begins, when she was taken from her family up to the citadel of the Time Lords to be an initiate. For every promising Time Lord, they are taken straight away to look into something known as the Untempered Schism; a gap in space fabric and time to show them the Time Vortex. It is true that those looking into the Vortex either are inspired, frightened enough to want to run away, or made insane. Luckily, Epsilon was one of the happy third that were inspired by the Vortex.

She was sent to her chapter’s, Prydon, branch of the Academy to learn and soak up all the information she possibly could. She thrived in this environment and excelled in various subjects while making various friends along the way. When she graduated second in her class just under the Doctor and then took her TARDIS piloting exams and passed with flying colours and was issued her very own. But she didn’t leave alone. No she left with Sigma (Later to be called The Infusion and a cousin of hers. He also had a slight drumming problem like the Master.) who was… well one could describe him as evil but he would refute that claim saying: “Evil implies malevolence, a desire only to destroy. I crave power, dominion, knowledge of the forbidden and secrete. So much more then just evil.”

Now they mostly stayed around Earth finding it a darn good source of entertainment. But they soon grew bored with the planet and left telling those they meet that it was “Mostly Harmless”. They traveled across the universe and eventually landed on New Earth where they broke a ‘few minor’ laws and with great effort on New Earth’s part caught the pair. For some reason the authorities released her saying she wasn’t the main problem. This didn’t sit well with the cats. No, no, no not at all.

The pair were kidnapped by them and ‘punished’ by means of an illegal psychograph procedure that imbedded Sigma’s consciousness, his very being, into her head. This had very severe neurological and psychological side effects on her. For one now she, at times but not always, looks as if she’s not paying attention to you… almost as if she was listening to someone that wasn’t there. She would also seem to nod her head in approval or disapproval and sometimes voice it softly. Her whispered arguments with herself could look quite comical actually. Another thing was the drumming… the never ending drumming that echoed in the halls of her mind threading to drive her insane. Anyway enough about that time to move on…

The war. The Time war. She ran. With the drumming and Sigma’s influences she couldn’t handle war right then. She used the Chameleon Arch to make herself human to hide from her fellow Gallifreyans. She hid on Earth, to be more precise London. She was a board member of a hospital named New Hope Memorial until a watch was brought to her attention by one of the young residents their named John Dorian, a visiting resident at the time. He thought it was an interesting design and wondered why she carried it around when it didn’t work… and poof the Teacher was back.

She seemed to ‘wake up’ at a strange time. Some sort of election was taking place for prime minister and the name on tv everywhere was Harold Saxon. She knew that name but wasn’t quite sure were until a voice in her head told her. This caused her to smile. The Master. Though she did not run right to his side not knowing how this Master would react to per presence. Same for The Doctor. Instead she stayed on the sidelines waiting to see who the victor would be.

Though she finds that a year later that she has log's in her TARDIS that she doesn't remember writing about events that she doesn't remember taking place. About little child-ish spheres attacking and killing everyone... about The Master taking control of the world. She found it all very strange.

She has had one companion though all this named Perry Cox who she has developed a deep friendship with.

Personality: (2 paragraphs) There's nothing in the whole, wide universe that The Teacher would rather be than a mystery. She wants to be a crunchy shell of a badass that no one ever questions for fear of losing some kind of vital ligament, and for those that aren't smart or intuitive enough to take a closer look, she succeeds admirably, but if any one person has the time, energy, or ability to peer inside, they see the naked truth: that she is an abuse victim who is deeply concerned with ethics, even before job security, and would jeopardize her career for the "right" choice, and a personal life for that self same career.

To get under The Teacher's skin is to make either a permanent friend or an everlasting enemy. In a world that is black and white and bull crap all over, there is no one else in the world that appreciates honesty and frankness more than The Teacher. The presence of it earns a person respect, and the absence of it lands a person on the belittling list. To The Teacher, there are people like Rose Tyler, who is direct and no-nonsense and takes her job seriously without taking into consideration petty things like business, and there are people like The Master, who like to dabble in lies, politics, and- according to some- the business of selling souls to Satan. Things /are/ that simple, there is no higher power, the man dictates his own fate, The Master is the incarnation of evil and no matter what anyone says; Earth is just a darn good source of entertainment.

The exception that proves the rule is The Doctor. He seems to be sunshine and puppies: eager to learn, thirsting for attention more than knowledge and approval above all else, and by the rules The Teacher has spun into motion, she should hate the little ass-kissing Samantha doll, but by gum, she doesn't. There are times when she downright respects him.

This is the grey area that The Teacher ignores: her quests to teach lessons that are crucial (And where she got her name), mostly from her own mistakes. Not that she cares. She just doesn't want to full out the paperwork. At least, that's what she tells herself and all others.

Appearance: (picture) She wears a long coat that was a nice shade of payne's gray. She has on a casual white shirt and black jeans. She has on black Converse Hi-Tops and a cotton scarf (it was coloured purple, cerise and white). Her hair is a dark shade of brown. Her eyes... they are a deep piercing shade of air force blue. She stands at 5’4.5’’.

She has a biodata tattoo in the form of a serpent dragon (Click for a look at it) on her right arm. It likes to move up her arm as well. One day it might be on her upper arm and another it might be on her lower.

Hobbies: (list)
Sudoku
Teaching
Travelling
Listening
Mysteries
Using her bedroom wall as a ‘blackboard’ to solve math equations

Interests:
Time
Paradoxes
Earth (She finds it as a damn good source of entertainment and will protect for further entertainment.)
Pangalactic interdimensional beings
Really, really hard puzzles
The Houston Astros (Baseball), Aeros (Ice Hockey), and Dynamo (Football [Soccer])

Religion: Don’t make me laugh. She believes she is the higher power here. Though on a political stand point she doesn’t believe in anything… although she will occasionally make a reference thanking ‘God’ kindda along the lines of this:

The Teacher was standing with an elevator to her back and grinning like the Cheshire cat. “Elevator.” As soon as she said those words the doors opened and her grin grew wider. “See God has my back even though I don’t technically believe in him.” She said as she backed into the elevator as the doors closed. Everyone just looked puzzled. The Master then spoke up. “I know everyone’s thinking it so I’m going to say it… How the hell does she do that? I mean really… she did it at the academy too.”

Strengths:
• coming up with insults
• coming up with witty comebacks
• winning arguments
• coming up with strategies
• Mechanics of Time Travel

Weaknesses:
Rubik's complex — she needs "to solve the puzzle”
fear of closed and small spaces
being alone for extended periods of time (she’s very social he can’t stand being alone)
her arrogance
her temper
her feelings can color his judgment or perceptions

Likes:
• chocolate
• foreign films (Japanese and Chinese the most)

• pangalactic interdimensional beings
• cheap political thrillers
• rock ‘n’ roll

RPG Sample: (3 paragraphs) It had started with a scratchy throat…nothing really, just a scratchy throat…which had friends. Soon headaches were knocking on the door, accompanied by mild coughing fits, and the drumming was doing its best to accommodate them, by beating louder and harder than usual.

But just when the party was getting on the way, they were gate-crashed by aching muscles and nausea.

Now, the soar throat and coughing fits weren’t happy about the new arrivals, thinking that they were being outdone, they picked up the game…turning from a scratchy throat to a full fledged, I’ll-appreciate-being-normal-so-much-more-if-you-just-stop-it-hurting soar throat…and severe coughing fits.

Feeling left out, the headache formed an alliance with the drumming, and working together, they pounded the inside of their poor hosts head until she thought it was going to split open.

And just as the Teacher thought it could not get any worse…the angry neighbors came knocking on the door, high temperature and his wife the chills.

But the Teacher decided, that possibly the worst thing about the excruciating party that was going on throughout her body, was that there was still room enough for her ego, who was like the lazy uncle who practically lived there, and refused to get up off the couch. If it weren’t for that, she probably would have gone to the Doctor, told him she was feeling rotten and asked for some help.

The whole party had started a few days back- when she and the Doctor had visited the planet, Bellamore. It was a cold, wet, unpleasant planet, that wasn’t well sterilized in the age that they visited, especially for outsiders.

That was when Uncle Ego had started to make a nuisance of himself, refusing to accept the Doctors offer of an extra coat and spitting back that ‘My superior biology will be more than enough to take care of me’

Now the Teacher was stuck, standing at the kitchen sink…doing dishes as a punishment for hiding the Doctors Bananas…or using liberation as an excuse, she hadn’t worked out which yet. She pulled another clean plate, out of the murky slush, trying not to look at said slush, or she would surely lose the little she had eaten in the passed two days.

Another coughing fit struck, and by the end of it, the Teacher was left, clinging onto the edge of the bench to stay upright. She waited a little while until oxygen made its way to her brain again, and the world stopped swaying and came into more focus, before picking up the stack of clean plates and taking them to their cupboard.

But before she had crossed the kitchen, some really bad new arrivals joined the party…Mum and Dad had definitely come home.

The Teacher couldn’t help but cry out,- the pain to her abdomen had come out of nowhere, and made the Timelady feel like she had been run through with some sword. She did not even hear the plates smashing, as she fell to the ground with the scarf usually covering her eyes falling down beside her, tears running down her cheeks, when they pain came back, this time sharper than before, slicing away at her insides.

She curled up into a ball, shivers wracking her body, head pounding with the combined effort of the headache and drums, throat as soar as if acid was being poured down it…muscles aching, nausea sitting back for just a second to watch the show, but the Teacher knew that as soon as mum and Dad turned their back…the arrogant symptom will definitely make up for time wasted.

It was getting too much to bear- her body was surely going to give up on her soon, shame too, I like this body…it was so much fun.

But then, the Teacher saw something, that brought her a surprisingly large amount of comfort and relief…before she closed her eyes and slipped into unconsciousness…the Teacher saw a pair of white converse, sprinting into the room.

Seems good enough for me.

Approved

(But remember - it's 'Dalek', not 'Darlek'.
And woo, Prydonians!)
