1. To explain their absence, Ian and Barbara said that they had eloped and gotten married. Something that they have done in the time since they left the Doctor.
They are definitely the most-canon-non-canon couple ever. Admit it.
2. Some Time Lords have survived.
Because it's no fun if only the Doctor is a Time Lord, right?
3. Deceased companions, such as Katarina, can appear in a phantom form - able to advise, but not to act.
4. All eras of monsters will appear in this RP.
This means that Cybermen from The Invasion could be fighting alongside their counterparts from Earthshock or The Tenth Planet.
5. We go almost exclusively by TV canon
This means that, although we allow the audios and books into the RP, they aren't regarded as solid a canon as what goes out on TV.
Lungbarrow is only said to be canon in that it tells us the name of the Doctor's House, and nothing more. The rest never happened and never will happen.
More may be added later, as the RP progresses.
